The viral arena is becoming the battlefield by which creativity proves its worth. For every Subservient Chicken and Trojan Games, there is a failed and expensive exercise which sank without trace, and which will be remembered by no-one but the creatives, and maybe their mothers. How can we get it right in the long term?
