Contagious,
The APA and the
IPA have teamed up to bring you an afternoon that will contemplate and explore the future of the advertising industry on the 10th March in London's BAFTA theatre.
Cramming the people at the forefront of the digital revolution into one afternoon was no mean feat, but we've gathered together
Rory Sutherland, vice chair,
Ogilvy UK and President of the IPA,
Paul Graham, partner at
Anomaly and
Dan Bonner, chief creative officer at
AKQA to speak.
They will be joined by
Google and
YouTube Creative Lab's creative lead for EMEA,
Tom Uglow who will talk about 'Play: YouTube and video in online marketing';
Simon Andrews, partner at
Addictive Mobile, covering mobile strategy, past present and future; and
Assia Grazioli-Venier, CEO at
Flypaper.TV, on 'Ten digital ideas that failed and what we can learn from them'.
The 'Nitty Gritty of Digital Production' will be explained by
Stink Digital's MD
Mark Pytlik and producer
Adam McNichol while 'Strategies for Sanity' will be unveiled by
Adam Greenfield, principle and co-founder of
Nokia's
Do Projects.
And, just to make your brain explode just a bit more, the afternoon will conclude with a debate chaired by
Wired's editor,
David Rowan. Dissecting and solidifying the afternoon's highlights will be
Poke's
Nic Roope,
RSA's
Damiano Vukotic,
Sean Singleton from
Skive and
Andy Orrick from
The Mill.
The best news of all is that entrance to this event is a mere £95 for Contagious subscribers and APA and IPA members.
